Winner gets 5th place (2nd best) odds for first round rookie draft pick… oh… wait… they both traded those rights… hmm… let’s see… NUT has KED’s pick and DMM has TMW’s. So, there ya go. I won’t delay… TMW wins (thus DMM wins) because of PURDY and Andrews.
TIU v NUT
Winner here gets 7th place… yawn. I should pick TIU… but the matchups favor one of those sneaky NUT wins. All of TIU’s lineup plays at 1pm on Saturday. Look for NUT to be finishing off the comeback with Waller and Harris late Saturday and Bike Mike on MNF.

JWW v UGG
Nobody wants to read a bunch of fluff about this matchup. I think it’s pretty obvious that UGG is the juggernaut here and it will take some crazy luck for JWW to win. Can it happen? Sure. Are there enough questions about UGG matchups? Sure. Does anyone have a lot of confidence that JWW will make all the right calls (or even have enough possible points anyhow)… probably not. My brain says UGG wins this week… but loses next week.
Humble Bowl:
RAF v DNF
RAF has never lost a playoff matchup. DNF has never made a final. These two statements won’t be true forever… but can they last another week (at least)? Yeah… I really think so. Really… and it’s not even a shocker. RAF has dudes that are super hot right now. Mahomes, Stevenson, McKinnon, and Latavious are going to combine for 120 ish. For DNF… other than Henry at home against the Texans, I don’t see anyone else primed for boom performances. RAF wins by 25+. Maybe my old anti-DNF biases are at play here? Maybe I’m just hoping “if” JWW gets past UGG that they can face RAF for redemption (or they don’t have to face DNF). Regardless, that’s my call and I’m sticking to it.
